Job summary

Automated Systems (H.K.) Limited (ASL) seeks a senior IT Infrastructure & Security professional to lead implementation, support, and improvement across end-user computing, network, and security. You will partner with vendors to ensure SLA compliance and cost effectiveness while driving governance.

With 5+ years in IT infrastructure and security, you will supervise a team, manage Microsoft 365, Windows Server, virtualization, and cloud-based solutions, and contribute to supplier performance,

Qualifications

• Prefer a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure, end-user services, cybersecurity, networks, cloud platforms, and operations with 2+ years supervisory.
• Experience managing enterprise IT environments including M365, Windows Server, virtualization, and security.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Security and EDR solutions and incident response.
• PM/ITSM capabilities with record of delivering workplace tech initiatives.
• Good governance, process documentation, and asset management practice.

Job description

Assist our client to Manage the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure, end-user computing, network, and security solutions.

Contribute to our client IT infrastructure and Cybersecurity technology projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeline, quality, and budget.

Represent our client to assist to Manage vendor relationships and outsourced service providers to ensure service quality, SLA compliance, and cost effectiveness.

Monitor system performance, capacity, availability, and service utilization, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Be the first person before our client to recommend/ propose and maintain IT operational processes, documentation, and asset management practices to support governance and compliance.

Directly Provide technical support to business stakeholders, application teams, vendors, and external partners.

To maintain the inventory of computer assets and software licences.

Who Are We Looking For?

Preferably bachelor’s degree or Higher Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, end-user services, cybersecurity, networks, cloud platforms, and technology operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Proven experience in managing and supporting enterprise IT environments, including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, virtualization, networking, endpoint management, cybersecurity, backup and recovery, and cloud-based solutions is an advantage.

Proven experience in Microsoft Security and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions with capabilities in threat detection, threat hunting, incident response, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, device management and email security.

Strong project management and IT service management capabilities, with a track record of successfully delivering infrastructure and workplace technology initiatives is definitely an advantage.

Solid experience with the ability to drive service quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Professional certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, ITIL, PMP, security-related certifications, or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.

Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Service Supervisor

Normally Mon – Fri 09:00-18:00
Occasionally support the operation need out of office hours if necessary/as per ad-hoc operation need including Sun and Public holidays with prior notice
