Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a hands-on Crane Technician and team leader in Hong Kong to perform trouble shooting, installation, repair and maintenance of cranes on site and in the workshop. The role requires strong technical skills and the ability to manage fieldwork efficiently.

As the service team lead, you will troubleshoot Load Monitoring Indicator (LMI) systems, work on crane hydraulics, train junior technicians, coordinate calibration jobs and provide after-sales technical support to

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, repair and maintenance at site.
• Lead service team to troubleshoot LMI systems.
• Lead hydraulic system troubleshooting for cranes.
• Train and supervise new technicians.

• Prepare KPI reports for junior technicians.

• Provide installation, repair and maintenance at site
• Lead service team to carry out crane Load Monitoring Indicator (LMI) system troubleshooting
• Lead service team to carry out hydraulic system of crane trouble shooting
• Train and supervise new technician
• Prepare, co-ordinate and conduct equipment calibration job
• Prepare internal KPI reportfor junior technicians
• Plan workshop preparation before delivery and installation
• Involve repair and maintenance of crane LMI products and testing equipment
• Provide after sales technical support to customer
• Conduct survey and propose solutions to customer enquiry
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:
