Bio-Gene Technology is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Hong Kong to provide in-house and on-site support for installation, commissioning, repair and preventive maintenance of laboratory and clinical equipment.

The role requires a Biomedical Engineering degree and 2+ years of field service experience, with strong English and Chinese communication. Local/overseas training opportunities are provided under a 5-day workweek.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Engineering with relevant field service exposure.
• 2+ years of field service experience is preferred.
• Experience in laboratory or clinical market is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills with customer service focus.
• Positive attitude, proactive, good team player, responsible, able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-house and on-site field services for system and equipment installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance support for laboratory/clinical equipment.
• Provide preventive maintenance and aftersales engineer service.
• Support ad hoc project assigned by the Company.

Requirements

• 2-years experience in field service support
• Experience in laboratory or clinical market is an advantage

• Good in both spoken & written English and Chinese
• Hardworking & willing to learn
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Service Engineer
