Job summary

Bio-Gene Technology is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to deliver in-house and on-site installation, commissioning and maintenance of laboratory and clinical equipment in Hong Kong. You will perform preventive maintenance, provide aftersales support and assist with ad hoc projects, working closely with customers to ensure service excellence.

The ideal candidate has a biomedical engineering degree, 2 years of field service experience and strong English/Chinese communication skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineering is required.
• At least 2 years of field service experience.
• Experience in laboratory or clinical markets is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills with a customer service focus.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house and on-site field services for installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance of laboratory/clinical equipment.
• Provide preventive maintenance and aftersales engineer service.
• Support ad hoc projects assigned by the company.

Job description

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Engineering
• 2-years experience in field service support
• Experience in laboratory or clinical market is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills with customer service focus
• Positive attitude, proactive, good team player, responsible, able to work independently
• Good in both spoken & written English and Chinese
• Hardworking & willing to learn
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Service Engineer
