Job summary

Bootes Group in Hong Kong is seeking a results-driven SEO & Web Development Specialist to own end-to-end technical SEO, Webflow site restructuring, content optimization, and high‑quality backlink acquisition to drive organic traffic and inbound consulting leads.

You will restructure the Webflow site architecture for UX and conversions, strengthen internal linking, and perform quarterly Core Web Vitals improvements plus monthly speed and technical site maintenance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical SEO, link building and keyword clustering.
• Hands-on Webflow development and CMS management.
• Experience creating infographics with Canva, Figma or Adobe Suite.
• Proficient with SEO tools and GA4.
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong business/immigration sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Restructure Webflow site architecture for UX and conversions.
• Improve internal linking and crawlability.
• Conduct quarterly Core Web Vitals optimisations and monthly technical maintenance.
• Manage company social media and website content.
• Draft and edit English, Chinese Simplified and Chinese Traditional copy.
