Job summary

FWD Group in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced SEO Lead to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for the corporate site. You will guide content teams, optimize for AI-driven search engines, and leverage analytics tools to drive organic visibility and performance.

The role requires 5+ years in SEO, with at least 2 years in financial services or insurance, and a solid track record of successful case studies.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of full-time SEO experience.
At least 2 years in financial services or insurance sector.
Familiarity with the Hong Kong market and regulatory environment.
Ability to show two successful SEO case studies.
Experience leading annual SEO/GEO initiatives and major SEO projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategies for the corporate website.
Analyze target customer search behaviour and define content strategies.
Guide content team to produce high-quality content aligned with SEO and GEO best practices.
Optimize visibility across AI-driven search engines and related formats.
Monitor performance using GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush; report and translate data into actionable insights.
