Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. is looking for an experienced IT professional to support Windows Server and RDS environments in Hong Kong. You will configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade RDS servers, manage security with GPO, and monitor systems with SolarWinds, PRTG, or NNMi.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on Windows Server experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and fluency in English and Chinese to coordinate with teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience supporting Windows Server environments.
• Strong experience with Windows Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
• Familiar with Windows Group Policy (GPO), system hardening, and security settings.
• Experience using monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or NNMi.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
