Job summary
Microware Limited is seeking an experienced IT professional in Hong Kong to manage OS administration, system setup, backup, software installation, patching and troubleshooting. You will support IT documentation and improve operation flows while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Regular weekend overtime is required and AI-driven productivity improvements are encouraged. Strong Chinese language skills (Cantonese & Putonghua) are essential.
Qualifications
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science/Information System, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of in-house IT working experience.
- Hands-on experiences on Windows Administration, AliCloud, VMware, AD, DNS and DHCP.
- Knowledge in PowerShell and WinRM is highly preferable.
- Holder of MCSE/Cloud certification is highly preferable.
- Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
Responsibilities
- Perform OS system administration including system setup and backup, software installation, patch upgrade and troubleshooting.
- Support IT system documentation and IT operation flow improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
- Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Supervisor.
- Leverage AI to enhance operational productivity.
