• Proven experience in Window Décor design, Event production or related creative field.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with ability to work independently.
• Dynamic, creative, self-motivated mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple campaigns.
• Track record in conceptualizing and developing VM display windows.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end window décor installation projects and adapt guidelines to local boutiques.
• Collaborate with VM teams and retail, facilities, procurement, and sustainability teams.
• Build strong relationships with local vendors for premium craftsmanship and timely delivery.
• Direct planning and budgeting for seasonal window displays and décor.
• Lead vendor selection, negotiate contracts, and optimize service agreements.
• Drive circular economy initiatives and sustainability reporting for installations.
