Randstad Hong Kong Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Trust Manager / Wealth Planner to join its expanding estate, trust and legacy planning platform. The role blends internal collaboration with external business development to deliver fiduciary, trust, and corporate solutions to High-Net-Worth clients.

You will design customized trust structures, drive cross-selling with internal desks and external partners, and ensure regulatory compliance while growing the client base across HK

Qualifications

• Solid experience in trust administration, wealth planning, estate/legacy structuring, or private client fiduciary services within a trust company, private bank, or family office.
• Deep understanding of trust structures, corporate services, insurance integration, and estate planning tools.
• Business development, channel management, and revenue generation experience.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for client pitches, internal training, and external partner networking.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsabilités

• Introduce wealth planning and fiduciary solutions to prospective HNW clients, internal partners, and external intermediaries.
• Structure and deploy compliant trust and corporate service solutions per laws, regulations, and internal risk guidelines.
• Assist in driving revenue targets for fiduciary and corporate services through strategic channel expansion and cross-department referrals.
• Organize educational workshops, seminars, and training sessions for internal stakeholders on changing tax, trust, and regulatory landscapes.
• Continuously enhance the product suite and centralized repository of wealth planning materials.
