Job summary

moomoo is seeking a client-focused relationship manager in Hong Kong to grow assets under management by serving high-value trading clients on our platform. You will lead end-to-end client service, including onboarding and ongoing relationship management, while driving retention and activity.

You will collaborate with Investment Advisory and Product teams to deliver portfolio health checks, asset allocation solutions, and tailored services aligned with client risk profiles and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related.
• 2–6 years client-facing/relationship management in financial services.
• 2+ years hands-on complex derivatives trading (must-have).
• Valid HKID or eligible HK work visa (IANG/ Talent schemes).
• Proficiency in Cantonese & Mandarin; English a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with high-value and active-trading clients to hit AUM and sales targets.
• Collaborate with Investment Advisory and Product teams to provide portfolio health checks and asset allocation solutions.
• Deliver premium end-to-end service, including onboarding, ongoing relationship maintenance, and issue resolution.
