Job summary

CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited is seeking an AVP/VP in Rewards & Performance Management to review and enhance C&B policies and governance frameworks in a regulatory environment. The role supports compensation initiatives, budget planning and market benchmarking, with cross-border responsibilities for global subsidiaries.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in rewards, performance management, and HR governance, plus English and Chinese fluency.

Qualifications

• Experience in rewards and performance management, preferably in banking/finance.
• Strong understanding of employment-related regulatory requirements and governance.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled HR solutions or automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, develop and maintain C&B policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
• Support governance activities, compliance monitoring, audits and remediation.
• Coordinate compensation and benefits management for global subsidiaries, including cross-border assignments.
• Prepare HR analytics, management reports and insights for decision making.
• Partner with regulators, consultants and service providers to deliver HR initiatives.
