Gravitas Recruitment Group (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Senior Product Control Analyst to manage valuation and price verification for offshore financial assets with a focus on OTC derivatives.

You will perform daily P&L analysis, position reconciliation, and contribute to governance of valuation models while monitoring risk across the asset life cycle. Proficiency in Python and Java is essential, with CFA/FRM as a plus, and English fluency is required in a fast-paced finance environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product control experience in a financial institution.
• Strong derivatives valuation modelling and financial models understanding.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• CFA or FRM certification is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Perform product control and valuation control for offshore financial assets, focusing on OTC derivatives.
• Conduct daily independent price verification, P&L analysis, position reconciliation, and market data checks.
• Apply end-to-end valuation governance and monitor model changes and parameter updates.
• Develop and implement intelligent monitoring solutions to detect unusual asset movements and support performance analysis.
• Monitor risk and return of financial assets throughout their life cycle; provide P&L attribution for business insights.
• Participate in system enhancement projects; review workflows and policies; collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen control quality.
