Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of product control experience in a financial institution with derivatives valuation modelling.
• Proficiency in Python and Java; CFA or FRM certification is preferred.
• Independent, self-motivated with strong analytic, communication, and time-management skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing company and industry environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform product control and valuation for offshore financial assets, including derivatives; conduct daily price verification, P&L analysis, position reconciliation, and data checks.
• Develop and apply monitoring solutions to identify unusual asset movements and improve risk analysis.
• Monitor risk/return of assets across their life cycle; provide P&L attribution for business insights.
• Participate in product control system enhancements; improve workflows and collaborate with stakeholders.
