Job summary

Charterhouse Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Product Control professional to join their Finance team in Hong Kong. The role offers broad exposure to derivatives valuation, product control governance, and front-to-back stakeholder management in a fast-paced financial environment.

Responsibilities include daily P&L analysis, market data validation, valuation governance, model changes, and developing data-driven controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative field.
• 3–10 years in Product Control/Valuation/Treasury Finance.
• Strong derivatives valuation and modelling knowledge.
• Hands-on Python required; Java is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Daily P&L analysis and reporting.
• Oversee valuation governance and controls.
• Monitor portfolio performance and risk-return.
• Conduct P&L attribution and identify drivers.
• Develop data-driven monitoring tools and controls.
• Partner with Front Office, Market Risk, Finance, Ops and Tech.
• Contribute to system enhancements and governance.
