Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group Hong Kong seeks a Vice President, Valuation Control to lead valuation activities within the financial management team. You will set valuation policies, manage hedge accounting, and coordinate audits in a dynamic investment banking environment. This is an on-site role based in Hong Kong.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA/CFA/FRM and brings 7+ years of valuation or product control experience. Strong analytical skills and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA/CFA/FRM qualification preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of valuation or product control experience in finance.
• Onsite work in Hong Kong.
• Proficient in Sophis and VBA.

Responsibilities

• Manage valuation control activities and establish valuation procedures.
• Develop and implement valuation policies for the group.
• Produce and review documentation for hedge accounting and audits.
• Collaborate on new product and business proposal evaluations.
• Assist Head Office in audit processes related to valuation controls.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
