Job summary

Water Oasis Co Ltd is seeking a senior Visual Merchandiser to lead seasonal and regular concepts aligned with brand identity and commercial goals across the store network.

You will own guidelines, design window displays, coordinate production with external vendors, and ensure on-schedule and on-budget installations. Collaborate with marketing and operations, manage stock of display materials, and coach store teams to maintain presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Higher diploma or above in visual merchandising, fashion design, interior design, marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in visual merchandising within Retail or Beauty environments.
• Solid command of Photoshop, Illustrator and SketchUp; able to produce display mockups, planograms and installation drawings.
• Strong aesthetic judgement with commercial awareness; interpret sales data and space constraints.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English together with Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Less experience candidates will be considered for Visual Merchandiser.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of seasonal and regular visual merchandising concepts aligned with the brand identity and commercial goals.
• Own visual merchandising guidelines plus planogram standards for the store network and maintain brand presentation.
• Design window displays and sales floor layouts for new product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns; coordinate production and installation.
• Partner with marketing, administration and operations to plan the display calendar and stock availability.
• Take ownership of stock and inventory management of display materials across stores; ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain visual standards through store visits, audits and coaching sessions for store teams.
• Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to evaluate effectiveness of displays and guide future merchandising decisions.
