Job summary

Morgan McKinley Limited is seeking a Corporate Guest Experience professional in Hong Kong to deliver personalized, multilingual tours and presentations for VIP visitors. You will tailor routes, protocols, and materials while continuously refining storytelling around fintech innovations.

The role entails planning end-to-end corporate events, managing logistics, vendors, and post-event reviews, as well as overseeing a private executive lounge and high-end hospitality services for senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, PR, Communications or related field.
• 4–6 years of guest service and event management in airlines, luxury hotels, or premium clubs.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong teamwork and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized bilingual/trilingual tours and presentations for VIP visitors.

• Customize visiting routes, VIP protocols, and presentation materials; continuously refine corporate storytelling scripts to reflect the brand's latest Fintech innovations.

Responsibilities

Top-tier Corporate Guest Experience

• Act as the brand ambassador to deliver personalized, bilingual/trilingual guided tours and presentations for VIP visitors (government delegations, institutional clients, and senior executives).


• Customize visiting routes, VIP protocols, and presentation materials; continuously refine corporate storytelling scripts to reflect the brand's latest Fintech innovations.

Corporate Event & Venue Management

• Plan and execute end-to-end corporate events, including strategic signing ceremonies, industry seminars, cross-border exchanges etc.


• Manage event logistics: proposal writing, onsite setups and control, vendor sourcing (catering, production, gifts), crisis management, and post-event reviews.

Executive Lounge & Bespoke Hospitality Management

• Oversee the daily operations and ambiance of the private lounge


• Arrange high-end food & beverage services during high-level executive meetings, board luncheons, and private banquets.


• Ensure impeccable venue maintenance, inventory management, floral arrangements, and operational hygiene.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Hospitality, Event Management, Public Relations, Communications, or related disciplines.


• 4-6 years of guest service and event management experience in airlines, luxury hotels, high-end private clubs, executive centres, or co-working space


• Native or near-native fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.


• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills are required


• Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.
