Job summary

Anglo-Eastern is seeking a seasoned Chief Engineer/Vessel Manager to lead the technical operations of multiple DP vessels, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to international conventions, class and company standards.

You will plan maintenance, monitor performance, and drive cost control while coordinating with crewing, operations and QHSE to sustain high service quality and vessel reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as Chief Engineer on a DP vessel or Vessel Manager.
• Solid background in technical and operational management of vessels.
• Strong English communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical operation of 3–5 vessels to ensure safe, efficient and compliant operations.
• Plan and supervise maintenance, dry-docks, surveys and major overhauls with defined scopes and budgets.
• Monitor machinery reliability, fuel efficiency, PMS compliance, and take corrective actions.
