AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and coordinate security and venue operations for events. You will work with government and authority partners, monitor control room activities, and lead the Venue Operations Duty Team to ensure safety standards and efficient incident response.

The role requires 5 years of supervisory experience in property, event, or security management, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluency in Chinese

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; security/safety qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in property, event, or security management at supervisory level.
• Strong leadership, detail orientation and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; client-focused service.

Responsabilités

• Maintain AWEM security standards to protect life and property for all events.
• Coordinate with Airport Authority, Tsing Ma Control Area, MTRC and gov departments on traffic and incidents.
• Monitor the control room day-to-day operations and security personnel performance.
• Support Venue Operations Duty Team in inspections and liaise with Facilities Management to address defects.
• Manage access control for staff, vehicles, contractors and service providers.
• Implement and monitor operating standards and processes; deliver related training.
• Support admin and reporting duties; maintain manuals, logs, incident reports and duty rosters.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
