Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/product design experience in digital media or publishing.
• Portfolio demonstrating research-driven decisions and clear flows.
• Experience with taxonomy, navigation, and multi-modal content is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the UX for reader-facing experiences including reading layouts and navigation.
• Lead IA across the site and app, improving findability and content relationships.
• Oversee paywall and subscription UX to balance conversion with user trust.
• Plan and run usability tests, interviews, and surveys; translate findings into design.
• Own flows, wireframes, and interaction logic; collaborate with design-system and product designer.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design system usage.
