Job summary

Recruit Logic Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Application Support professional to liaison between TechOps, clients and global development teams. You will coordinate activities to align tech deliverables with business needs and maintain IT standards across Asset Management.

You will promote a DevOps culture, onboard apps to production, and oversee container deployments (Docker/Kubernetes) with CI/CD pipelines. Mandarin proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in IT/Computer Engineering preferred.
• 5-8 years in an application support role.
• Strong Unix scripting for automation and operational support.
• Experience with containerized environments (Docker) and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Windows and RHEL experience.
• Familiarity with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch/Logstash/Kibana) is advantageous.
• Cloud deployment (PaaS) knowledge a plus.
• Good command of English; Mandarin is a must.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Hong Kong-based liaison between TechOps, clients, internal staff, and global Asset Management development teams.
• Coordinate operational activities to align technology deliverables with business priorities.
• Maintain TechOps standards and procedures across Asset Management IT teams.
• Foster a DevOps mindset for automation, collaboration, and efficiency.
• Onboard applications into production environments in asset management systems.
• Coordinate deployments for containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve logging, application performance metrics, and error diagnostics for client-facing systems.
• Support front-office portfolio management tools, risk analytics, and compliance/reporting platforms.
• Ensure availability and stability of systems supporting investment decision-making and client reporting.
• Manage technology asset lifecycles with internal controls and regulatory compliance.
