This role is ideal for someone with a strong Linux background who enjoys system administration, application support, and platform operations in a modern enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and other enterprise platforms.

Manage user access, licensing, server requests, and change requests across UAT and production environments.

Support downstream system integrations and vendor-managed applications.

Maintain and monitor Linux-based infrastructure and containerized applications.

Drive automation, operational improvements, and platform reliability initiatives.

Work closely with business users and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.

Top Skills Required

1. Jira & Confluence Administration

User management, licensing, permissions, and platform support.

Understanding of container lifecycle, image registry, security scanning, and deployment workflows.

Knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and cluster administration.

Strong hands-on experience with Enterprise Linux.

System troubleshooting, server management, and operational support.

Preferred Skills

Python and Bash scripting.

SRE/Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki).

Jenkins or CI/CD automation tools.
