Job summary

Be Myjob Company Limited seeks a Head of Delivery for Middle and Back Office Applications (Investment Bank) in Hong Kong. You will provide technical leadership across all software development areas, from analysis through production capacity planning, mentor staff, and promote testing automation and TDD.

Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred. You will drive DevOps transformation, oversee hands-on development and ensure delivery aligns with business needs in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in an investment banking environment.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, Docker, SQL, Linux, scripting, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Bamboo, Jenkins).
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical issues and business impact to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Mandarin highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across all software development areas, from analysis through production capacity planning.
• Continuously update and advise the team on best practices for both development and support.
• Mentor junior members, deliver training, and lead by example.
• Promote a culture of TDD and testing automation within the team.
• Drive the transformation of the team into a true DevOps model.
