Qualifications

• Degree holder
• Over 4 years working experience in General Insurance program
• Good multi-lines underwriting knowledge mainly on Property & Casualty
• Experience in evaluating middle market exposures and directing others
• Proven experience negotiating mid-market deals and servicing large producers

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and analyze new and renewal business within delegated authority levels
• Maintain profitable multi-lines underwriting for Mid-market portfolios and provide training to associates
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and distributors to support retention and growth
• Update underwriting scorecards and MI tools to manage portfolio mix and performance
