Qualifications

• 10-15 years of extensive banking background in transformation, business management, or risk and other core support roles.
• Solid technical grounding, with direct experience delivering technology-enabled change such as platform, systems or data initiatives.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a record of earning the trust of senior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Build alignment between senior stakeholders, technology teams and legal entities, using regional strengths to deliver strategic platform and business solutions
• Direct large, cross-functional change initiatives from front office through to operations and control, covering systems delivery, revenue growth and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with engineering and data teams to turn business needs into clear technical requirements and delivery plans
• Support sustainable growth and greater efficiency while tightening controls and managing business risk effectively
