Job summary

ConnectedGroup seeks a Lead Technical Business Analyst to drive design and leadership across credit and wealth financing initiatives. You will partner with senior business, risk and technology stakeholders to modernize platforms and improve efficiency.

You will define epics, user stories, data mappings, and acceptance criteria, while ensuring regulatory and control requirements are embedded in solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
• 10+ years delivering large-scale technology change in banking/financial services.
• Experience with Credit, Wealth Financing, Lending or Credit Risk platforms.
• Proven Lead BA/Tech Lead/Product Owner in complex transformations.
• Experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management environments.
• Understanding of credit products and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid environments.
• Strong requirements gathering and solution design capabilities.
• Hands-on with APIs, event-driven architectures, data flows & governance.
• SQL, data analysis, reconciliation, data quality management.
• Non-functional requirements including performance, security, availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for Credit platform capabilities and workflows.
• Drive best practices for business analysis, templates and governance.
• Translate objectives into clear business requirements.
• Act as liaison between business, risk, operations and engineering.
• Facilitate governance forums and stakeholder discussions.
• Define epics, user stories, and functional specifications with acceptance criteria.
• Create detailed functional designs, data mappings and business rules.
• Support product owners in backlog and release planning.
• Lead solution review sessions per EA standards.
• Drive integrations across credit, risk, trading, finance and data platforms.
• Support testing, UAT, release management and implementation.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies; communicate with stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory, audit, risk and controls requirements are met.
