Job summary

Links International is seeking seasoned professionals to lead transfer pricing engagements in Hong Kong. You will advise on TP strategies, intercompany pricing, and business restructurings while aligning value chains and supporting risk management across multinational clients.

You will conduct functional analyses, review cross-border transactions, and supervise the preparation of TP documentation, Master/Local Files, CbCR, and benchmarking studies in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields is required.
• Master's degree in taxation or law is advantageous.
• CPA/ACCA/CTA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transfer pricing engagements for multinational clients across industries.
• Advise on transfer pricing strategies, intercompany pricing, value chain alignment, and restructurings.
• Conduct functional, asset, and risk analyses to support TP policies and planning.
• Review cross-border related-party transactions and tax-efficient operating models.
• Support TP risk management amid expansions, supply chain changes, and international ops.
• Prepare and review Master Files, Local Files, CbCR, benchmarking studies, intercompany agreements, and TP documentation.
