Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Associate for Transfer Pricing to deliver practical TP solutions and documentation for intercompany scenarios. You will handle local and master files, country-by-country reporting, benchmarking, and modeling to support client decisions.

You will work closely with senior staff on planning memoranda, tax impact analyses, and potential restructurings while mentoring junior team members in a fast-paced advisory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• At least 3 years of transferable pricing experience.
• Team player in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and challenging environment.
• Good writing, analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality transfer pricing solutions for intercompany challenges.
• Prepare and review local files, master files and CbCR documentation.
• Benchmark studies, financial transaction analysis, and intercompany pricing policies.
• Conduct functional and risk analyses applying OECD guidelines.
• Draft planning memoranda, evaluate restructurings and model tax impacts.
• Support tax authority inquiries and prepare audit defense documentation.
• Own day-to-day drafting and quantitative client deliverables, ensuring accuracy.
• Mentor Associates and Interns, fostering learning and quality.
