Job summary

KPMG China is seeking a Transfer Pricing Analyst to deliver TP projects, analyze financial data, and draft regional and local TP documentation. You will support managers and partners and collaborate with economists, tax practitioners and analysts across Asia Pacific.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in economics, finance, accounting, or related fields, with at least 2 years' experience, and fluent English and Chinese. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in economics, finance, accounting, law, or engineering and/or MBA.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a professional firm.
• Analytical, strategic mindset with strong numerical skills.
• Experience and understanding of transfer pricing principles.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Good presentation and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering transfer pricing projects.
• Prepare and analyse financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance using Word, Excel, and other tools.
• Devise and execute database searches for Asia Pacific and other markets; conduct analyses.
• Assist in drafting regional and local transfer pricing documentation reports.
• Provide support to managers to ensure timely input to projects.
• Work closely with team members and supervise junior staff where applicable.
• Assist managers and partners to identify work opportunities through networks.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Demonstrate teamwork, knowledge sharing and staff coaching.
