Job summary

Jobtailor in Hong Kong seeks a Transfer Pricing Specialist to prepare, review, and reconcile intercompany journal entries, and to assist in documenting Local File, Master File, and CbCR under OECD and local rules. You will support the Group transfer pricing model, implement policies, coordinate with finance teams, and engage external advisors to deliver projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field is required.
• 4+ years in transfer pricing or tax, including 2+ years in-house or Big 4/consulting.
• Deep knowledge of OECD guidelines, Local File/Master File, BEPS Pillar 2, and CbCR.
• Ability to adapt and take a hands-on approach to operational transfer pricing.
• Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with Bloomberg or RoyaltyRange and Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken; Chinese preferred.
• CPA or CFA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and reconcile intercompany journal entries for transfer pricing.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation (Local/File, Master File, CbCR).
• Support development and monitoring of the Group transfer pricing model.
• Implement transfer pricing policies and legal agreements for intercompany transactions.
• Coordinate with finance teams and advisors for timely CbCR and BEPS Pillar 2 filings.
• Perform financial analyses and benchmarking to support transfer pricing positions.
• Engage external advisors to deliver projects and align workstreams across units.
• Assist in tax and financial audits and prepare responses and documentation.
