Job summary

Crypto.com in Hong Kong seeks a Transfer Pricing Senior Associate/Manager to support intercompany pricing policies, documentation, and filings. You will implement TP controls, work with finance, legal, treasury, and business units, and ensure adherence to OECD guidance and local rules.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, financial services/tech experience, and collaboration across teams for complex intercompany structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Taxation) or professional certification preferred.
• 4+ years in transfer pricing or tax, including 2+ years in-house or Big 4/consulting.
• Knowledge of OECD guidelines, Local/Master File, BEPS Pillar 2 and CbCR.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and reconcile intercompany journal entries for transfer pricing.
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation (Local File, Master File, CbCR).
• Support the Group TP model and implementation of TP policies.
• Coordinate with finance and advisors for CbCR filings.
• Perform analyses and benchmarking to support TP positions.
• Collaborate with accounting, legal, treasury, and business units.
• Assist in tax and financial audits and provide documentation.
• Leverage tax and AI tools to improve data collection and reporting.
• Stay updated on global tax and TP regulations and OECD guidelines.
