OKX in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead trading risk workflow automation and risk-control capabilities across spot, derivatives, and Perp DEX scenarios. You will collaborate with Risk, Quants, Engineering, Data, Trading Operations, Legal, and Compliance to translate risk concepts into configurable platform features.

The role emphasizes governance of risk parameters, AI-driven automation, pricing limits, and maintaining liquidity, capital efficiency, and market integrity.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of product management experience in trading contexts.
• Fluency in Chinese and English.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative/technical field.

Responsibilities

• Drive product planning and roadmap execution across risk parameter governance and AI-agent workflows.
• Research and iterate on risk-control methodologies and pricing logic.
• Build platform-level risk controls to ensure stability under market stress.
• Collaborate with engineers, quants, data analysts to implement and monitor risk systems.
• Continuously improve the product through feedback and incident analysis.
