Job summary

Dah Sing Financial Holdings Ltd. is seeking an experienced Technology Risk professional to lead risk assessments and governance across IT projects and security domains.

You will enhance policy, standards and guidelines while supporting subsidiaries in China Mainland and Macao. The role requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China, with a focus on resilience and rapid risk remediation across complex technology

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology risk management.
• University graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems Management or equivalent.
• One or more of CISSP / CISA / CISM / CCSP or equivalent certificates.
• Solid experience in cyber security and technology risk assessments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and update technology risk policies, standards and guidelines.
• Perform risk assessments on IT projects, including new technologies across information security, infrastructure and applications.
• Assess and manage cyber security risks to uplift cyber resilience and system stability.
• Assess and manage supply chain risks affecting IT outsourced activities and critical operations.
• Provide day-to-day technology risk advisory to IT departments and subsidiaries (China Mainland & Macao).
• Communicate risk management standards and procedures to stakeholders.
• Define framework for technology risk and cybersecurity monitoring including indicators and data collection.
