Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited is seeking a Senior Officer to Manager in Technology Risk. You will identify, measure, monitor and control technology risks across existing and new systems and initiatives, ensuring IT controls are observed and reported on incidents.

The role requires 5–7 years IT/cybersecurity experience, strong regulatory knowledge including HKMA TM-G-1, TM-G-2, SFC, PDPO, and demonstrated ability to write policies and reports.

Qualifications

• University graduate with major in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines; professional qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CREST CPSA/CRT, CEH preferred.
• At least 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in IT / Cybersecurity, e-Banking security, BCP/DR and/or risk control.
• Solid experience handling technical information / cybersecurity issues and good understanding of business processes and related regulations including HKMA TM-G-1, TM-G-2, SA-2, C-RAF, STDB, SFC, PDPO.
• Proven experience in writing policies, procedures and reports is a must.
• Familiar with infrastructure platforms (Data Centre Operations, Network Services, Messaging, Desktop tech, Distributed Servers, Mainframe).
• Knowledge / experience on ISO27001 is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Perform the technology risk management process identifying, measuring, monitoring and controlling technology risks of existing/new systems, processes and initiatives.
• Ensure awareness of and compliance with the Bank's IT control policies and report with recommendations after investigating technology-related incidents.
• Implement risk issue management procedures to enforce policies in daily operations.
• Recommend and implement remedial actions and control measures.
• Plan and collaborate with technology teams on technology-related initiatives.
• Perform reviews and security assessments on related initiatives.
