Job summary

Dah Sing Financial Group is seeking an IT Auditor to lead and execute IT audits, identify critical IT risks, and propose mitigation strategies within a regulated financial services environment in Hong Kong.

The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to ensure clear communication of findings and effective implementation of recommendations. Preference for candidate with CISA/CB/ECF qualifications and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ progressive IT audit/IT risk management experience in financial services.
• Desirable: CISA, CB, or ECF qualifications.
• Strong understanding of HK regulatory landscape for financial institutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute IT audit assignments, identifying and assessing critical IT risk areas.
• Ensure assessments align with HKMA, HKDPB, and SWIFT requirements.
• Support ad-hoc assignments, including special reviews and investigations.
• Communicate audit findings clearly and drive implementation of recommendations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodologies.
