Job summary

Dah Sing Financial Group in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Technology Risk professional to assist the Head of Technology Risk in regulatory and audit matters and to drive risk assessments across IT projects, security, infrastructure and applications.

You will monitor cyber security risks, manage third-party and nth-party IT outsourcing risks, and provide advisory support to IT departments and subsidiaries in Macau and Mainland China, ensuring risk controls meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of technology risk management experience.
• University degree in Computer Science/IT/IS Management or equivalent.
• Professional risk/security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Technology Risk in regulatory and audit matters.
• Perform risk assessments of IT projects across security, infrastructure and applications.
• Monitor cyber security risks to uplift cyber resilience and system stability.
• Manage third- and nth-party IT outsourcing risk for service providers.
• Communicate risk management standards and provide advisory support to IT divisions.
