Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Technician to oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of complex building systems, while guiding junior team members. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in electrical, mechanical, HVAC fields and a commitment to safety and quality.

Location is on-site in Hong Kong SAR, China. A Grade A/B Electrical Worker registration and at least five years of property maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A/B) is required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in property maintenance.

Responsibilities

What this job involves:

As a Senior Technician, you will oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex technical equipment or building systems while providing guidance and supervision to junior team members.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• System Maintenance: Perform complex troubleshooting, routine inspections, and repairs on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or other related fields
• Team Supervision: Guide, train, and support junior technicians, delegating daily tasks and ensuring workflow safety
• Contractor Management: Monitor external vendors and contractors during facility upgrades or specialized equipment installations
• Compliance & Reporting: Enforce local safety regulations, maintain operational logs, and report repair progress or equipment faults to management

Required Skills and Experience:

• Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade:A/B)
• Minimum 5 years experience in property maintenance
