Job summary

Captar Partners Limited is seeking multiple Lead Technical Product Owners to own critical domains in our digital insurance ecosystem from roadmap shaping to release governance. You will work closely with underwriting, claims, CRM, and data systems teams across a regional footprint.

Expect to mentor junior staff, mature product practices, and drive modernization, stability, and continuous improvement of the platform while balancing new capabilities with debt reduction and resilience work.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or delivery roles (including 2+ years in team/people leadership).
Solid grounding in agile delivery and SDLC practices with ability to adapt frameworks.
Comfort juggling multiple priorities and stakeholder groups, including bilingual environments.
Experience with insurance/financial services tech, policy administration, claims, rating, CRM, or connectivity platforms favored.
Strong written and spoken Chinese and English communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline. Certification in Agile/PM/BA advantageous.

Responsibilities

Bridge business stakeholders and tech delivery teams to shape roadmaps and backlogs.
Own and prioritize product backlog across one or more interconnected systems.
Write clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
Support sprint ceremonies, release planning, and track KPIs across domains.
Participate in incident analysis and post-incident reviews to drive improvements.
Mentor junior Technical Product Owners and promote knowledge transfer.
