Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of management experience in engineering, mechatronics, or related fields.
• Experience in PCB industry and/or IC substrate assembly is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to develop and deliver tailored technical presentations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and managers in machine installation, conditioning, application, maintenance, and repair.
• Oversee implementation of semiconductor and IC substrate solutions.
• Collaborate with machine suppliers and customers to align on objectives and ensure project execution.
• Partner with suppliers to enhance machine performance, efficiency, and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and troubleshoot machine characteristics.
• Provide actionable technical support and in-depth analysis to suppliers to drive improvement.
