Job summary

A leading OEM manufacturer based in Hong Kong is seeking a Vice General Manager. Responsibilities include driving continuous improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and safety by implementing Lean, DFX, and Six Sigma methodologies. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in testability review and functional test planning within large electronic PCBA factories. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required, along with a strong background in quality control and electronic circuitry.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ experience in design for testability and functional test plan development.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and qualified in Lean Manufacturing is preferred.
• Professional knowledge of electronics PCBA manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, cost, and safety.
• Manage the PCBA testing team of test engineers and technicians.
