Qualifications

• 10+ years in Manufacturing / Production in PCB or Electronic factory
• 5 days stay in China
• Work with product team on development progress checking to ensure it aligns with order placement and production timeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide the engineering and testing teams.
• Lead production engineering team for jig/fixture design, machine maintenance and overseeing the department operations in a factory.
• Lead process development and fix technical problems.
• Use Lean, DFX, and Six Sigma to boost output and safety while cutting costs.
• ISO9001, lean manufacturing and 6-Sigma is preferable
