Job summary

The GMP Group is seeking a seasoned Global PCB Sourcing Manager to develop and implement strategies that cut costs while improving quality and supply continuity.

You will lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management across regions, monitor market trends, collaborate with product teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards. International travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in global category management or procurement, preferably electronics/PCB sourcing.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, market dynamics, supplier base and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for PCB components to achieve cost savings, quality improvements, and supply continuity.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation processes for PCB suppliers.
• Monitor market trends, technological advancements, and supply chain risks relevant to PCBs; identify opportunities and challenges.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align category strategies with business objectives, new product development, and sustainability goals.
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance reviews, corrective actions, and fostering innovation and partnership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements for PCB sourcing.
