Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Ltd is seeking a (Senior) Technical BA/ System Development Manager at AVP level for Listing Systems. You will oversee full software lifecycle for enterprise web applications used by listed companies, collaborating with business users, infrastructure, security, and development teams.

The role requires extensive experience in system development, architecture, and QA leadership, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in development, implementation, and support of enterprise-scale web applications.
• Proven experience as Senior System Analyst or equivalent, managing vendors through full lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with SPA, API design and governance, RESTful services, and OpenAPI/Swagger.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project planning, scheduling, change management, issue resolution, and release management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Define, plan, and execute testing activities to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support application delivery throughout the project lifecycle including design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Coordinate with development teams and vendors to ensure quality deliverables and standards compliance.
• Mentor and develop team members and drive technical excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across business and technical teams.
