Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) is seeking a System Development Manager for the Listings Systems team. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and production support of modern web applications used by listed companies.

The role requires collaboration across business users, IT, security, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions with quality assurance and timely releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with enterprise web applications.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and distributed systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements and propose scalable solutions.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and release management.
• Plan and execute testing activities for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support application delivery across the project lifecycle.
