Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Business Analyst to lead data, reporting, and AI-driven initiatives for the financial services sector. You will gather requirements, map processes, and work with risk, compliance, and technology teams to deliver strategic transformations.

Responsibilities include KPI definition, data governance, and coordinating UAT, training, and change management to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 3-4 years of Business Analysis experience within banking, financial services, or other regulated environments.
• Strong experience delivering data, reporting, digital transformation, or process improvement projects.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, create process maps, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within cross-functional project teams.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, APIs, or data-driven products is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data, reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
• Conduct process reviews and map current-state and future-state workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
• Partner with business, operations, technology, risk, and compliance teams to deliver strategic transformation initiatives.
• Support the design and implementation of AI-enabled processes, reporting frameworks, and digital solutions.
• Define business KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement sessions across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate testing activities, including UAT planning, execution, defect management, and solution validation.
• Drive user adoption through training, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
