Job summary

CLSA is seeking a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisitions to partner with the TA Associate Director and HRBP team on regional recruitment operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be organized, self-driven, and capable of communicating with internal HR and candidates, juggling multiple tasks, and solving problems creatively. This role offers real responsibilities in a global financial institution.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or Finance related.
• Minimum 6 years of Talent Acquisitions / Recruitment experience.
• Experience in in-house or recruitment agencies.
• Strong headhunting and negotiation skills.
• Able to work across regional projects and liaise with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and profiling candidates to meet business needs.
• Reviewing applications, conduct phone screening, and market mapping.
• Manage job posting activities and analytics.
• Drive regional TA projects and employer branding initiatives.
• Liaise with agencies for market intelligence and updates.
• Mentor junior TA staff in the team.
