Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an APAC Project & Sustainability Integration Manager to lead ESG-aligned sustainability strategies for APAC projects, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors, monitor energy usage, drive resource efficiency, report performance to stakeholders, and bring at least 10 years of experience in retail or premium commercial environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Sustainability, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in retail or high-end commercial environments
• Proven expertise in sustainability practices
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and APAC compliance requirements
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement
