Celestica seeks a Supply Chain Manager - NPI Lead in Hong Kong to drive strategic sourcing, supplier development, and cost-reduction initiatives for the CCS segment. The role leads global teams, manages customer relations, and guides design-for-supply chain improvements across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years in electronics manufacturing, with strong NPI, EMS ODM exposure, and global logistics knowledge. Travel up to 25% is required.

Formación

• Experienced with NPI management.
• EMS ODM experience.
• Prefer: Experienced in customer facing role.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of supply chain management, distribution methods, and global transportation services and inventory management.
• Good understanding of IT concepts and integrated business applications.
• Good knowledge in all areas of import / export, regulatory and logistics management
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem resolution skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to resolve complex issues & problems internally and externally
• Significant skills required in multi-tasking and time management
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
• Able to work effectively cross- functionally and with other sites to achieve objectives.
• Frequent travelto relatedsites is required (up to 25%)

Responsabilidades

• Maintains responsibility for a set of projects developed by R&D Team.
• Matrix manages cross functional teams (Sourcing, Engineering, Commodity Management) to ensure proper process implementation during NPI and alternative source qualification.
• Provides direction for source selection, works with the Global Design team to optimize design for supply chain performance of Celestica products.
• Leads the Commodity Management teams to ensure negotiations meet business requirements and growth plans
• Lead the pricing strategy for NPI projects
• Leads the supply chain management process for customers from materials pricing and BOM analysis to delivery execution and flexibility performance
• Act as the lead point of contact for both external customer and internal executive teams
• Ensure seamless transition from initial bid to Mass production.
