Celestica seeks a Manager, Strategic Supply Chain to lead global sourcing, supplier development, and materials cost-reduction initiatives for the CCS segment. This customer-facing role collaborates with design and manufacturing teams across sites to optimize planning, inventory, and logistics.

Candidates should have 9+ years in electronics manufacturing, a Bachelor's in Engineering or Materials Management, and strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.

Qualificações

• EMS ODM experience is seen as a nice to have.
• Experience in supply chain management.
• Familiar with manufacturing site operations.
• Deep knowledge of SCM, distribution methods, and global transportation.
• Good IT concepts and integrated business applications.
• Knowledge of import/export, regulatory and logistics management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem resolution skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to resolve complex issues internally and externally.
• Multi-tasking and time management.
• Able to communicate across sites and teams.
• Frequent travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the supply chain management process for customers from BOM analysis to delivery.
• Lead demand planning and inventory control.
• Lead the supply chain management process for customers, including material readiness and delivery execution.
• Collaborate with commodity management and suppliers to optimize performance.
